{/pərˈloin/ to steal} Preserve the purloined urges the viewer to think about an object dear to them that they couldn’t imagine being taken away for good. Taking inspiration from the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum heist from 1990, my senior debut collection takes a look at another sucessful art heist. Was it a robbery gone wrong? Was it an inside job?
